Physical Community Engagement
Product Design
*Disclaimer: This was an unofficial, non-commercial fan initiative created independently for community engagement and art appreciation during the Harry Styles Wembley Stadium concerts. All visual assets were designed, distributed free of charge, and produced with zero commercial monetization or profit.
The Project:
Designed and produced an independent, non-commercial fan engagement kit celebrating Harry Styles’ album: Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally. album. Distributed 100% free physical merchandise outside Wembley Stadium during the London Together Together tour to cultivate real-world community, warmth, and shared fan joy.
Deliverables:
Track-Inspired Sticker Suite
Custom Live Event Hand Fans
Limited Edition Art Prints
Musical Translation & Lyric-Driven Design
VISUAL CONCEPTUALIZATION & TACTILE KEEPSAKE: Designed a 12-piece sticker suite and 2 art prints translating specific album tracks, lyrical motifs, and tour aesthetics into original visual art. Everything was designed for zero-commercial-cost gifting. The goal was to create immediate emotional connection through physical touchpoints and bridge pop culture fandom with accessible, shareable graphic art.
I produced 30 sticker sheets and 30 of each print design.
Context-Driven Product Design
UTILITY DESIGN & CULTURAL ALIGNMENT: Designed specifically for the summer heatwave at Wembley, 10 custom 'Together Together' hand fans were a last-minute addition to the collection. Knowing how intense the heat had been at earlier shows, I wanted to blend practical comfort with a collective keepsake. More importantly, they were created to bring fans together and share Harry’s 'Treat People with Kindness' ethos.
Tactile Packaging & Community Unboxing Design
ELEVATED MATERIALITY: I packaged the final sticker sheets and art prints inside textured, buttercream envelopes, finished with hand-embossed silver foil seals stamped with “Kiss All The Time. London, Occasionally.” The embossed details served as a tactile hallmark anchoring the project specifically to the London show, while delivering a clean, premium unboxing experience.
COMMUNITY DRIVEN TOUCHES: The inclusion of rhinestone stickers as finishing touches was a direct nod to the vibrant concert fashion worn by fans in the stadium, serving as a shared visual language connecting attendees.
Real-World Community Distribution
Hand-distributed all items directly to fellow concertgoers outside Wembley Stadium within 10 minutes, generating an instant, tangible moment of shared fan celebration.
Experiential Engagement & Retrospective:
Embraced a screen-free "live in the moment" philosophy by opting to document the event via analog film cameras (mirroring the tour's own visual aesthetic). When the film roll experienced a technical fault, it reinforced a key campaign insight: balancing authentic, present-moment fan experiences with redundant digital backup systems for content capture.
